Wandering Penguin Studio's ("we", "us", or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights
regarding your data when you play our Game on Android devices.
By downloading and playing Neon Flow, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
📦 Information We Collect
Neon Flow collects minimal data. Here is a breakdown:
Game progress data — your score, level reached, coins
earned, and unlocked skins are saved locally on your device only using
AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers.
Advertising data — our third-party advertising partner
Unity Ads may collect device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID), IP address,
device model, OS version, and general location for the purpose of serving relevant
advertisements. See the Third-Party Services section below.
No personal information — we do not require you to
create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other
personally identifiable information directly.

To display rewarded video advertisements that allow you to earn in-game coins or revive your character (via Unity Ads).
To improve the gameplay experience and fix bugs in future updates.

Unity Ads Advertising
Serves rewarded video advertisements. Unity Ads may collect device identifiers
(Android Advertising ID), device model, OS version, IP address, and coarse location
to deliver personalized or contextual ads. You may opt out of personalized ads
through your device's advertising settings.
Used to save your game data (coins, level, skins) on your device. No data is
transmitted to any server. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete this data.

Expo / React Native Runtime
The Game is built using the Expo and React Native frameworks. These frameworks
do not independently collect personal data beyond what is described in this policy.
All game progress data is stored exclusively on your local device. We do not operate
any servers that store your personal information. We implement reasonable measures to
protect data within the app, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Advertising-related data collected by Unity Ads is governed by Unity's own privacy policy
and security practices.
👶 Children's Privacy
Neon Flow is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe
your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will
take steps to delete such information.
The Game is rated for users aged 13 and above in
accordance with Google Play content guidelines.
📣 Advertising & Your Choices
Neon Flow displays rewarded video ads powered by Unity Ads. These are optional — you only
watch them to earn in-game coins or to revive your character. You are never forced to watch an ad.
To limit personalized advertising on your Android device:
Go to Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device.
Tap "Delete advertising ID" or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
Note: opting out does not remove ads from the game; it only makes them less personalized.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the
"Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy
periodically. Continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes acceptance of
the updated policy.
